Short answer: Is no. They are unrelated. A rash on the penis is something unrelated to the hernia but needs to be evaluated and treated to avoid worsening problems or transmission if it is an infection.

I have a hard lump in my groin near the base of my penis. Everyday I feel like vomiting, my entire body aches. I am always fatigued. pain is worst at groin/lower ab/stomach region. it is better when i move, worse when still/flat. i suspect a hernia??
