Unlikley: Oral cancers are usually associated with exposure to toxins or irritants over time such as tobacco or alcohol and are most common after age 50.

Not likely: Rarely teenagers may develop a form of oral cancer due to epstein barr virus, otherwise, you need not worry. Stay away from tobacco and alcohol to prevent oral and a number of other cancers.
