Sebaceous Cysts: White, oil and sebum filled cysts on the penis and scrotum are very common. But, if this is an acute pimple like infection rather than a chronic non-acute cyst your doctor needs to see you. Men commonly get sebaceous cysts on their genitals and these often clear up on their own without treatment. Picking or pinching them can make them scar and so it is best to leave them alone.
