No: For ankle sprains, usually people can walk in a boot or some sort of brace. You do not need to stay in bed.

We use method: Called, rice which is rest, ice, compression and elevation but it all depends on what grade of sprain it is. Have you seen your doctor yet, if not you need to do so.
