Seroquel (quetiapine) & delirium: In initial seroquel (quetiapine) trials, ~2% of people complained of musculoskeletal pain and muscle spasms. This could be accentuated in overdose, especially if your behavior led to being restrained. Also such an overdose could expose you to muscle injury and breakdown accompanied by high fever, etc. It's a very sedating medication also. Hoping you're also now getting help for your need to overdose.

Psychosis: That much seroquel, (quetiapine) which can be sedating, could have easily knocked you out for that long. In addition, you may have been delirious with that overdose, and become psychotic.
