Is a person usually able to lose weight while taking seroquel? does seroquel work better if taken once,twice, or three times per day for delusions?

Not the case: Seroquel belongs to the second generation antipsychotic class of medications. All the meds within this class are known to cause metabolic derangements (elevated blood glucose, lipids, weight gain).
