What other: Symptoms does she have. If it is just fever and congestion and she is not pulling on her ears it is probably one of the couple of hundreds of viruses that young children get and she will be ok. They can run fever for days. If you are realy worried you should take her to the pediatrician especially if she is not eating or is really just laying around and will not play and is not acting herself.

Fever: If the baby is eating well the fever should pass, it may be viral, but if the baby is not feeding and hydrating well, take her to the er for IV hydration.
