Anxiety can do it: I suspect your cramps are gastrointestinal and not menstrual since the digestive system is controlled both by the autonomic nervous system that controls most organs as well as the GI tract's own enteric nervous system. As a result GI symptoms are often associated with anxious states. Feeling a of need to defecate, abdominal cramps, and heart burn (possibly your chest pain) are common in anxiety.

Anxiety: If you are in good health and no medical issues it can be just panic attacks and anxiety the burning an menstrual cramps can be a sign of UTI or other female related problems please get checkup to avoid any worsening.
