POTS syndrome?: Look up pots syndrome. It is rare, but in a young person with unexplained orthostatic hypotension it should be considered. It is associated with migraine. For orthostatic hypotension, wearing compression stockings and avoiding getting up from a seated r lying position too fast, can help.
