Vitamin D/Calcium: Can be many reasons for this, but often due to inadequate calcium and vitamin d in your diet. Hydration can also play a role if you are working out and not replenshing your fluids and electrolytes. I would start with 600 mg of calcium and 3-4000 units of vitamin d a day and see if that helps.
