Can be normal: It can be very normal to get some cramps after running. These can be in legs, but also the abdomen. Usually they relate to muscle exertion and strain, or to electrolyte changes and dehydration. If they go away quickly, likely nothing needs to be done. Any "cramp" that persists could be something different. Remember to stretch and drink plenty of fluids especially as the weather gets warmer.
