Everytime i take a shower, i feel like i am going to pass out if the water is a little more than warm. always have to turn it to cold. any suggestion?

Chill!: Warm water causes your blood vessels to dilate which makes your BP fall. Try eating a bit more salt and a drinking a lot more fluid to better support your bp. Keep your shower...Not too hot! get a stool for the shower and try sitting instead of standing (which pools blood in your legs).

Check blood pressure: Blood vessels may dilate and cause blood pressure to be too low when standing. Cold keeps the blood vessels constricted. Recommendations: stay well hydrated, and have your blood pressure checked while lying, sitting and standing.
