Warm water causes your blood vessels to dilate which makes your BP fall. Try eating a bit more salt and a drinking a lot more fluid to better support your bp. Keep your shower...Not too hot! get a stool for the shower and try sitting instead of standing (which pools blood in your legs).

Blood vessels may dilate and cause blood pressure to be too low when standing. Cold keeps the blood vessels constricted. Recommendations: stay well hydrated, and have your blood pressure checked while lying, sitting and standing.
