It is good but: Make sure you don't have diabetes. Cranberry juice is good for preventing some urinary tract infections. However, too much of it due to high sugar content can cause diabetes, and weight gain, even if it is fresh pressed.

It is: Good for you but has a lot of calories so be careful if you tend to be overweight, sweeten it with stevia.
