Intriguing research: Cranberry juice is rich in d-mannose which can treat/prevent urinary infections. New research shows the antioxidants in it can improve arterial dilation & may help arteries be less stiff. It looks like cranberry juice can prevent arteriosclerosis but it is not yet clear if it "cleans out" arteries- more research is needed- but it may reduce calcium deposits.
