Asking for Guessing: Unfortunately any answer here with this question would be pure speculation. Your OB will give you the most valid answer. The guide we use is that the earliest ultrasounds are the most accurate for dating purposes.

When?: When was the earlier sono? I have trouble imaging a sono being done much earlier than the 6wk 4dy one you just had for accurate dating. Based on the sono you give info on, i would estimate that you conceived around august 15.
