You def need f/u: You should definitely follow that HCG level within 48-72 hours and be followed by an ob/gyn. Usually by 1500-2000 hcg, if the pregnancy is in the uterus, we should be able to see it. One possible explanation may be a pregnancy outside of the uterus, something called ectopic pregnancy. It is super important that you follow up with your doctor.
