Been experiencing dry eyes for about 3-4 days. Started sneezing last night. Woke up this AM with stuffy/runny nose, headache & sore throat on 1 side.
I have the following symptoms for past 5 days now (sneezing, headache, stuffy nose, itchy eyes, sore throat. I'm thinking it's allergies, i've been using reactive but doesn't seem to do the job.. Any suggestions?

Good day I am a consultant and I deal with different people all day and everyday. I have come in to connect with a few of people who have been Covid positive. I have symptoms such as sneezing , postnasol and burning eyes and headaches.
Can allergies cause headaches? Also do allergies necessarily always present themselves with watery eyes and sneezing? I don't have these symptoms.
