You need evaluation!: Contractions are intermittent pain and you feel fine in between. If you are having constant, significant pelvic and/or abdominal pain, you need immediate evaluation. Not tomorrow, not in 3 hours - now. You could be having bleeding under the placenta (abruption), an infection or other problems. Constant pain is not contractions, so if this pain is bad and constant, get to the l&d or er now.

Quite possibly: Or these are braxton hicks. Time your pain episodes and see if they follow a pattern. Call your obstetrician if you are not sure. Best wishes!

Probably...: Some of those pains are probably contractions. Some are like muscular or skeletal, given the strain caused by all the weight and stretching. The better question is, am i in labor? Once the contractions/pains start to get organized and are happening in a rhythmic, repetitive way, coming regularly and gradually worsening, then it will be showtime! good luck and congrats!
