In follow up to my question about vertigo, i only get it when i change position of my head, i've had sinusitis since 2nd grade, could this have affect?

Yep: Try Flonase at night, a nasal steroid, that way post nasal drip is an anti-inflammatory, allowing eustachian tubes in the that drain into the throat to stay open, no fluid buildup in the ear, less vertigo.

Sinusitus and vertig: Sinusitus and benign positional vertigo often go hand in hand. What you first want to do is treat the sinusitus whether that be with antibiotics or surgery. If you are still having symptoms despite this there are medications that can control the symptoms.

This is positional : Vertigo and has nothing to do with your 2nd grade sinusitis. If it is of recent onset it could be aviral condition and will go without much treatment.
