24/7 high pitched elevator noises are where i live. i have ear pain, itch, tinnitus, hearing loss, vertigo. pediatrician said no more infection, and can't tell what is wrong. i forgot to say chronic sinusitis. (i use netti pot) what is going on?

A hearing test may be helpful. Continue to rinse nasal passages. Inner ear conditions should also be considered. Watch for headaches and change in vision.
