Abdominal mm pain...: If it is not severe, it comes and goes, is not associated with other symptoms such as fever, chills diarrhea, constipation etc, then i suspect it is not serious, and may be do to a muscle strain in one of the muscles attached to the abdominal wall. It could also be a kidney stone. Drink lots of fluids, watch for any blood in the urine or gravel like material passed in the urine. If persists c doc.
