Don't quite get ?: Who is we? A person can use otc nsaids and tylenol, (acetaminophen) have different uses. Tylenol=pain, fever...Nsaids=anti inflammatory they r compatible, b sure u r familiar with the side effects & daily limits of each.

Are you asking: Whether you can use NSAID instead of acetaminophen? It can be done but beware of the sideffect of NSAID . They mess up with stomach , kidney , heart . When used as needed , they are useful medications
