Yes and yes: Nsaid related injury usually reversible. Acetaminophen has a cumulative toxicity on the kidney but only after prolonged use. Ie at maximum strength used daily over several decades, it can cause kidney injury but is considered safe for the kidney even if you have advanced kidney disease.
