How does the bioavailability of the most commonly used nsaids compare to acetaminophen?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Apples and Oranges: They each work on different pathways to reduce pain. Acetaminophen is generally better for fever and mild pain, NSAID's work on COX_! and COX_2 prostiglandins to limit the normal inflammatory response. Acetaminophen is easier on the stomach but don't exceed the max daily dose the liver doesn't like that. So pick the right tool for the job.
