"physically seen?": If you've physically seen a parasite, even if it's just a piece of one, grab it, bag it, and bring it in! it can be examined under a microscope and the diagnosis will be complete.

Parasites: There are very few intestinal parasites that can be visualized in stool. If you bring a specimen containing one of these with you the issue will be simple to solve. Often there are particles in the stool that resemble, but are not parasites. If you have not seen an infectious diseases expert, do so.
