Sometimes i get reddish/purpleish patches around my mouth, but they disappear after a couple of hours, what could cause this?

Anything: That has such a short life must be possibly an allergic response to something: soap, facial creams, foods, drugs you may take. The best would be to be seen by a dr. When actually those patches come up. Was ur immune system tested well? Do you have dry mouth too? Anybody thought of sjorgen's?
