Probably normal: People often forget to mention just how painful pregnancy can be! Your joints are spreading in the pelvis, ligaments around the uterus are stretching, the organs are getting squished. Aches and pains are pretty much the norm in every pregnancy. If you have vaginal bleeding associated the you need to be seen.
