Muscle strain: You have some form of muscular pain/myofascial syndrome. I suggest you give the pushups a rest for a while as you're just aggravating it.

Perhaps joint: You may have injured the joint the collar bone has with the breast bone. See your doctor or a sports doctor or upper extremity specialist unless it is getting better.
