I got hit on the shoulder real hard about 4 months ago and now i got a lump just below my collarbone since then.. what could it be?

Possibly fracture: If lump is hard it is possible that clavicle was fractured with some displacement. Abundant callus formation can occur forming a lump. Usually eventually remodels and lump becomes less prominent. Xray can confirm this finding. If lump is soft and mobile, possibly a lymph node in region reacting to different inflammatory regional processes. Sometimes node is painful if infected.

Collarbone: You may have had an occult fracture of your collarbone and the lump represents callus formation.
