Need evaluation: Your TIA has resolved but you need evaluation to find out while you are fatigued and treat yoir depression which may also cause fatigue.

?stroke: Sounds like you may have had a stroke, not just a tia. Regardless, your symptoms can be treated and mostly reversed. Find a physician who has interest in dealing with your symptoms. Under correct intervention, this is merely temporary.
