Ultrasound of neck revealed enlarged thyroid most likely thyroiditis. blood tests showed elevated antibodies but no over/under active thyroid. always tired, anxious depressed. is this linked?

Could be. Thyroiditis is usually an auto-immune inflammation and there may be other auto-immunity issues. It would be prudent to see an endocrinologist as pre-emptive thyroid replacement may be a consideration. Wish you good health!
