Need more informatio: Is it on the white of the eye? This could be pinguecula, caused by prolonged uv exposure . It could also be a cyst. Don't worry as long as your vision is fine and you have no discomfort.

May be a pinguecula: These are benign growths on the white of the eye that is usually at the 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock position if you think of the iris like a clock. If it becomes irritated or red, see an ophthalmologist.

Pinguecula: Is this next to the colored part of the eye - the cornea. If so it is probably a pinguecula - a normal structure that your eye grows to protect itself from wind and dust and uv light. These are normal, benign and will have no effect of the vision or the health of the eye.
