Anything is possible: Not knowing exactly your condition, i will say that anything is possible. Having said that, there are criteria that you need to fulfill to be diagnosed with lupus- some other vasculitis/autoimmune condition could be difficult to diagnose. Also things like porphyria, lead poisoning etc are something your doctor should rule out as well.

Possible.: Lupus is notorious for mimicking many medical and surgical conditions, including acute abdominal pain that can lead to surgery. It is commonly associated with widespread vasculitis, an inflammation of the vessels in your body, that can manifest in a myriad of different ways depending on which vessel is involved. Rheumatological care is essential in maintaining long periods of remission.

Maybe : Lupus, which is an autoimmune disorder, usually affects joints and skin but can have affect internal organs as well as blood vessels. Vasculitis, which involves blood vessel inflammation, is one way in which it can affect many orgran systems at once and lead to serious complications. If there is concern of lupus a thorough history, exam and diagnostic workup should be done to confirm.
