What are symptoms are almost always followed with primary amoebic meningoencephalitis and encephalitis and is feeling out of it & extra tired symptom?

Severe illness: If you have amoebic meningoencephalitis you will not be able to do much. You are going to be severly ill- with high fevers, headaches-severe, altered mental status/unresponsive, some other neurological problems including seizure can happen, neck stiffness etc. Not just feeeling tired and a bit lack of concentration. You however should go to see md and check your CBC and iron level at least.

Features: Feeling extra tired is a non specific symptom. Headache, stiff neck, confusion, difficulty holding a conversation and fever would be usual early infection symptoms.
