Hiatal hernia: Majority of people do not realize that they have hiatal hernia as they usually do not have significant symptoms- especially if it is small. However if it is bigger-it may cause symptoms- which will include- bloathing, heart burn, difficulty swallowing, chest pain etc.

Yes: Hiatal hernia is one of the differential diagnosis for cp.We see quite a few pt present to er with CP has no cardiac condition and w.U reveals hiatal hernia.
