Had a CT w contrast of abdominal and pelvic cavity done. CT showed a small hiatal hernia, and small fat contained umbilical hernia. I noticed on report it said heart and lungs normal. That can be seen on abd and pelvic CT w contrast? Esophagus too?
Have small HH, constant chest pressure and SOB when I lay down. ruled out heart do have reflux .im on ppi, can it still be caused by gerd and hernia?
