No: The blood supply to the heart comes from the coronary arteries, which are not affected at all by a hiatal hernia. Same for the heart muscle itself.

Had a CT w contrast of abdominal and pelvic cavity done. CT showed a small hiatal hernia, and small fat contained umbilical hernia. I noticed on report it said heart and lungs normal. That can be seen on abd and pelvic CT w contrast? Esophagus too?
