Celexa (citalopram) & sweating: Yes this can occur do to development of mild serotonin syndrome. Increased heart rate, shivering, sweating, dilated pupils, tremor or twitching, and elevated reflexes are all possibly seen. Please talk to your prescribing professional and do not stop taking abruptly without talking first.
