None or some.: This is not that uncommon especially in women called stress incontinence. It could be secondary to depression or panic syndromes. Other causes are weakness of the sphincter. Pelvic prolapse in women -- falling or sliding of the bladder, urethra, or rectum into the vagina, which may be caused by pregnancy and delivery. Please see your ob-gyn or urologist.

Stress incontinence: You're describing stress incontinence which is most common in women who've delivered several children vaginally. There are no medications for this.
