Consider Cyst: Lower left abdomen, pain with coughing or beinring down in a 17 year old female consider ovarian cyst. Appendix in the rlq. Breathing uneasy might also be related to increase in abdominal pressur created as the diaphragm or lung muscle pushes down to expand the chest. You might be getting ready to ovulate. This is a good bet if your last period started 2 weeks ago and you cycle every 28 days.
