Yes: Midol has Acetaminophen in it, which will not interact or overlap with tramadol. It also has caffeine and an antihistamine, which also should not bother you with taking tramadol. Since it is the first time you are combining the medications, i would recommend you avoid driving (if you have your permit) or doing anything dangerous in case it makes you groggy, but there are no interactions.
