Is it safe for a man to take midol if he has a headache n nothing else to take?

Yes: Midol extended relief is just Naproxen (antiinflammatory), modil liquid gel is just Ibuprofen (another antiinflammatory) and midol pm is tylenol (acetaminophen) with antihistamine. All safe for men.
