Yes it should be OK: Your Tramadol dose was quite low. It should be out of your body by now as its effects do not last more than 6-8 hours. So you can take more pain medication if and when you are having pain.

Interaction: I am reluctant to recommend taking hydrocodone 7.5 mgs while you've taken 2 doses of tramadol. Your prescribing physician and pharmacist can also advise you about this and any other questions regarding your medications.
