How long after having 2 drinks is it safe to take tramadol? i have a funeral to go to n would like to have a drink in my nans honor

1-2 hours: You will usually be okay if you assume one drink will clear your system in one hour. Tramadol should not be taken with directly with alcohol, but if you take it around two hours after you have a couple drinks, there should not be a problem assuming you have no liver issues.
