The dry mouth: and diarrhea may in fact be as simple as a viral infection however the chest pain should not be"handled" "virtually"...a "hands on" examination is necessary. A call to your PCP, or if not available a visit to an urgent care center is indicated! Hope this is helpful Dr Z
