Need Doc Evaluation: Since you are dissatisfied with your results i imagine you are still experiencing symptoms? Sometimes the embolization will fail to block all collateral venous channels and allow the varicocele to persist. You need a physical exam and at least a repeat ultrasound with doppler and provocative maneuvers. Not a do it yourself job!

Ultrasound: Is the best way. So you have to see a doctor for that. You can go back to the doctor who did the embolization! you should!
