Vericocele: If you are not seeing any change in the size of the varicocele at this time then i would have expected a change by now. The procedure is highly successful in reducing the varicoele size very quickly.

Possibly: Sometimes there are collateral veins below the level of embolization that enlarge after the embolization and allow for continued reflux into the testicular veins. A repeat doppler ultrasound should be able to tell if the varicocele is still present. If so, the will be consideration for further treatment, re-embo or surgery. Good luck.
