Try to wait: Try to wait till your symptoms resolve. You just had a brain injury, it is important to let it heal and not strain it. Avoid activities that increase blood pressure and heart rate. Do things that are calming and soothing and relaxing rather. Also avoid activities that strain your brain.

Safe but not advised: After a concussion your brain and body need to rest to be restored. I would advise putting off sex until yoiur concussion symptoms resolve.

Concussion: Its probably best to hold off on strenuous activity, such as sex, until your symptoms from concussion are completely resolved. You should consider sex like any other exercise - and we typically say that an athlete should not return to play until their symptoms are no longer present, including headache, dizziness, etc.
