Concussion: requires medical evaluation. If it is determined that it is safe to sleep without periodic assessments (neuro checks) you are good to go. One should exclude sub-dural, epidural and parenchymal bleeds if there has been sufficient force to cause neurological signs or symptoms.

Yes.: You can sleep with a concussion with no worries. A concussion will never get pregnant. Seriously though, no one can go without sleep. You should be okay: If you sleep with a concussion you have a better than fair chance of waking up again.
