Probably not yeast: Yeast infection does not cause pelvic pain for the most part. If you are having pelvic pain and vulvovaginal itching or burning, maybe some discharge, you need to be evaluated to rule out any other condition.

Not by phone: Your doctor is not going to be able to give you an accurate answer by phone. Your best bet is to use that phone to make an appointment and let him/her see what is going on.
