Plantar fasciitis?: You may have plantar fasciitis, an inflammation of the ligaments in the soles of your feet. A podiatrist should be able to help you with this. Be well.

Heel Spurs perhaps.: Heel Spurs, with consequent plantar fasciitis, behave this way, paradoxically hurting more first thing in the morning as opposed to after having been on your feet for a long time. Wearing a heel lift inside your shoes and sneakers may help. Otherwise, a Podiatrist can help you with specific treatment modalities.
